	Shipping Policy We use Canada Post and Canada Post Express Parcel for order not in stock at the tme the order is placed. We want the order to get to you fast if it isn't in stock at the time of ordering. If your Canadian and live in Canada, we include all brokerage fees in the price you pay with your order so there are no surprises. This also includes USA customers. There are no surprises, the price you see is the price you pay plus shipping to your home. All shipments are insured for the total cost of the order. Canada Post provides reliable delivery service. Delivery times to major Canadian is approximately 2 to 3 business days, please note these times are an estimate only not a guarantee as we cannot control passage. Example: If we are running at 7-9 days from payment date on orders you would recieve your order in 9-12 days. We operate 24 hours a day 6 days a week to try and keep up with orders but sometimes we get back logged. We are only human and we would rather be honest with you than have you disappointed in us because you didn't know or weren't aware. In the event that you need the footwear for a special event, holiday, trip, etc please make note of it in the comments box when you check out. We will make sure we can deliver the footwear before the date you need it before we take your money and process your order. P.O Boxes are accepted because you the customer has paid for your order in advance. If your item is paid obviously your going ti pick up your parcel. All items are shipped in discreet brown paper packaging. Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST on their item purchases, and Saskatchewan residents pay an additions PST tax of 5% All shipments are FOB Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada. All shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the event of a product return. In the case of product defects that have been returned, MLMs Images Fetish Footwear will pay for the shipment of the replacement product. Any items on back order you will not be charged extra shipping, MLMs Images Fetish Footwear will pay the cost to ship all back ordered items in the event that its a mistake made by us. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions: 1. Merchandise was ordered directly from MLMs Images Inc and supported by a MLMs Images Inc invoice. 2. Merchandise is a manufacturer's defect, or a mistake made by MLMs Images Inc as defined in , otherwise there is absolutely no return. Any shoe returned with a manufactuer's defect will be exchanged for the same footwear only. You can not order another style or color. 3. Merchandise must be returned within (14) fourteen days of the ship/invoice date, or 14 days. Defective footwear will not be charged. Some exchanges will be acccepted if arrangements are made in advance. If you order the wrong size you are responsible for the cost of shipping to return them to us and the shipping for us to ship the right size back to you. Your payment must be recieved along with the merchandise you want to return/exchange 4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in "new" condition. 5. MLMs Images Inc reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise' sizing, fitting, color, dimensions, or style and has the final say in this regard.
